1. Aceptaci贸n de los T茅rminos

Al acceder y utilizar el sitio web de CineLAB (cinelabcn.es), aceptas estos T茅rminos de Uso en su totalidad. Si no est谩s de acuerdo con alguno de estos t茅rminos, te rogamos que no utilices el Sitio.

2. Descripci贸n del Servicio

CineLAB es un cineclub LGBTQ+ sin fines de lucro con sede en Barcelona. A trav茅s de este sitio web ofrecemos:

  • Informaci贸n sobre nuestro cineclub y sus actividades.
  • Una agenda de proyecciones de pel铆culas.
  • La posibilidad de crear una cuenta de usuario para inscribirte a proyecciones y llevar un registro de asistencia personal.
  • Informaci贸n de ubicaci贸n y contacto.

El servicio es completamente gratuito y no tiene fines comerciales.

3. Registro de Cuenta

3.1 Requisitos

  • Debes ser mayor de 16 a帽os para crear una cuenta. Los menores de 16 a帽os necesitan consentimiento parental o de un tutor legal.
  • Debes proporcionar informaci贸n veraz y actualizada.
  • Solo puedes crear una cuenta por persona.

3.2 Responsabilidades del Usuario

  • Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta y contrase帽a.
  • Debes notificarnos inmediatamente de cualquier uso no autorizado de tu cuenta.
  • No debes compartir tus credenciales de acceso con terceros.

3.3 Verificaci贸n

Al registrarte con correo electr贸nico, recibir谩s un email de verificaci贸n. Tu cuenta estar谩 activa una vez verificada tu direcci贸n de correo.

4. Uso Aceptable

Al utilizar CineLAB, te comprometes a:

  • Utilizar el Sitio de forma respetuosa y conforme a la ley.
  • No intentar acceder a cuentas o datos de otros usuarios.
  • No utilizar el Sitio para difundir contenido ofensivo, discriminatorio o ilegal.
  • No intentar vulnerar la seguridad del Sitio ni de sus servicios.
  • No extraer datos del Sitio de forma automatizada (scraping, crawling, etc.).
  • No suplantar la identidad de otra persona o entidad.

5. Propiedad Intelectual

Todo el contenido del Sitio (c贸digo fuente, dise帽o, textos, logotipos, elementos gr谩ficos) es propiedad de CineLAB y est谩 protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual.

El c贸digo fuente de este sitio es p煤blico 煤nicamente porque se aloja en GitHub Pages como servicio de hosting gratuito. Esto NO constituye una licencia de c贸digo abierto. Consulta el archivo LICENSE para m谩s detalles.

Las im谩genes de p贸sters de pel铆culas pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares de derechos y se utilizan con fines informativos.

6. Contenido de Pel铆culas

La informaci贸n de las pel铆culas (t铆tulos, directores, sinopsis, p贸sters) se muestra con fines informativos y educativos. CineLAB no posee los derechos de autor de las pel铆culas ni de sus materiales promocionales. Las im谩genes y datos se utilizan conforme al derecho de cita y uso justo (fair use) con fines culturales y educativos sin 谩nimo de lucro.

7. Inscripci贸n a Proyecciones

  • La inscripci贸n a una proyecci贸n es para garantizar una plaza; el aforo puede ser limitado.
  • CineLAB se reserva el derecho de cancelar o modificar proyecciones.
  • Puedes cancelar tu inscripci贸n en cualquier momento antes de la proyecci贸n.

8. Limitaci贸n de Responsabilidad

CineLAB proporciona este Sitio "tal cual" y no garantiza que el servicio sea ininterrumpido, seguro o libre de errores. No nos hacemos responsables de:

  • Da帽os directos o indirectos derivados del uso del Sitio.

2. Description of Service

CineLAB is a non-profit LGBTQ+ film club based in Barcelona. Through this website we offer:

  • Information about our film club and its activities.
  • A movie screening schedule.
  • The ability to create a user account to sign up for screenings and keep a personal attendance record.
  • Location and contact information.

The service is completely free and has no commercial purposes.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Requirements

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Minors under 16 need parental or legal guardian consent.
  • You must provide truthful and up-to-date information.
  • You may only create one account per person.

3.2 User Responsibilities

Movie poster images belong to their respective rights holders and are used for informational purposes.

6. Movie Content

Movie information (titles, directors, synopses, posters) is displayed for informational and educational purposes. CineLAB does not own the copyrights to the movies or their promotional materials. Images and data are used under fair use for non-profit cultural and educational purposes.

7. Screening Registration

  • Registering for a screening aims to guarantee a seat; capacity may be limited.
  • CineLAB reserves the right to cancel or modify screenings.
  • You can cancel your registration at any time before the screening.

8. Limitation of Liability

CineLAB provides this Site "as is" and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for:
